Appointments

We highly encourage patients to book an appointment to see a Doctor as 'walk-in' wait times can be lengthy depending on Doctor availability.

A short consultation is considered to be less than 10 minutes. A long consultation is considered to be up to 20 minutes or more. When making your appointment, please discuss with our friendly reception team, the length of consultation you require.

Our policy about interrupting a consultation

Our reception team will take your details and, where necessary, have your concern assessed by our clinical team. A doctor will only be interrupted during a consultation in the event of an emergency. Non-urgent matters will not interrupt an existing consultation. If you require further clarification or wish to discuss a matter with your doctor, please make an appointment for a consultation.
